Thomas McAlpine

Hi, my name's Tom and I work in the enAble Institute within the School of Population Health, Curtin University as a postdoctoral research fellow. My role here is with COMPAS, a suicide prevention program for Australian university students. My PhD was also at Curtin which sought largely to disentangle which behaviours have effects on sleep and under what circumstances - known as sleep hygiene. Much of my other work is in this field and behavioural medicine/health psychology more broadly.
